Crisis is back again! Hurrah!

After a 2 year  “Covid break” we're finally able to host our event again.

Of course in the meantime Brexit has happened, so this edition of Crisis might be somewhat more European oriented.

But we will never forget all those British traders that stood by us for so many years and actually made Crisis possible. So, while we realise there might be administrative difficulties for British traders attending, we still think it might be worth your while as for the last two years there has been a serious dearth of  available wargame material.


From the comments we've already received, we also like to think that attendance will even greater than the previous editions. So just imagine 2,  perhaps even  nearer to 3 thousand gamers all eager to spend their money.
 
 
 
Attached to this mail is your application form.  Please check if all the details are correct- or fill in missing ones- and after indicating how much space you would like to have send the document back to me before July 31st  It would also be very helpful if you could lets us know whether you need an electrical outlet as we can then pre- wire everything before the show.
 
 
So without further ado,  let me assure you that you're most welcome to attend the 24^nd edition of Crisis which will held on November 5^th  2022 and again at the same venue Waagnatie Expo and Events, Hangar 29, Rijnkaai 150, 2000 Antwerpen.
 
 
As most of you know there's ample free parking space for traders and participating clubs near to the building and a relatively cheap parking facility again right in front of the venue for visitors.
 
As always you can set up your stand from Friday afternoon  starting at about 16.00hrs till 22.00hrs or alternatively on Saturday morning between 07 and 09.45hrs.
 
Parcels can be pre- delivered to the venue by courier services. Increasingly more and more traders seem to do so, and the staff at the venue is very helpful and professional.
 
Low Emission Zone
 
More and more cities are having such a thing and Antwerp is no exception. You can pre- register your car on this website ( in English)  https://lez.antwerpen.be/?Taal=EN and that's in fact all you have to do. It is best to have you car documents on hand. Only extremely polluting old diesel cars will have to pay a small extra admission fee. You can even register up to two days after the event but please do register as the 'fines' for not doing so are pretty high.

About that “me”. Yes, there's a new  Crisis “me” After more than 20 years WillieB decided it was time to somewhat let go of the reins, and let someone else take the lead.
Now, Willie and I will still be working hand-in- glove, but for the foreseeable future I'll be you new “trade” contact.
 
Really hope to see all of you here in November for another great edition of Crisis!

Petite idée, ne serait-il pas intéressant de présenter la même table que à Hammer time qui a lieu 15 jours plutôt.
En effet cela permet de concentrer les efforts.

Impossible Michel, Fantastic Battle n'existait pas encore lors de la dernière session de Crisis !!!

Par ailleurs, si c'est pour présenter de 15mm, autant ne rien présenter du tout ! c'est une démo, ça doit être joli visible, donc pas de petites tailles. En ce qui concerne Bolt action, il y aura certainement au moins deux autres tables de Bolt Action , donc exit aussi ce jeu.

Bonjour, 

j'ai reçu ce jour un message d'annulation pour Crisis 2022.  
Les organisateurs s'excuses, mais ne peuvent pas se permettre de risquer un faillite financière au vu des incertitudes actuelles concernant un éventuel durcissement des règles sanitaires qui pourrait survenir entre septembre et novembre 2022.

Pourquoi faire une annonce au mois de mai pour l'annuler maintenant alors que rien n'a évolué défavorablement sur le front de l'épidémie... Bad buzz comme on dit aujourd'hui...
